BONELLA’S COTTAGE

Bonella’s Cottage is a modern conversion of a former estate cottage, exploiting fantastic views with full height windows in most of the rooms. You can forget the world and relax in this luxurious property set in a prominent position overlooking the lush Perthshire countryside.

The large open-plan living space has been cleverly designed to create separate areas within one room, and includes sofas and easy chairs around an open fire set into a feature stone fireplace. Windows on all sides make for superb views and lots of light, especially when you move into the kitchen/dining area with a wall of glass and patio doors either side of a wood burner. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stylish island and farmhouse dining table.

The bedrooms are located in the extension, accessed from the living area through a hall lit from the skylight above, and both have huge windows and doors onto the patio. The bedrooms have super king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers, with the option of a bath in one.

Outside there is ample room for on-site car parking. The large, enclosed, lawned garden wraps around the property with patio furniture and bbq. Regretfully, dogs are not allowed in the property although we can provide kennels on the Estate for your four-legged friend.

LOGIEALMOND ESTATE
