Welcome to Milton Farm.

Take pleasure in the company of friends, family or like-minded guests, with a visit to this unique luxury accommodation complex on a private but highly accessible rural Perthshire estate.

Sensitively converted from traditional stone-built farm buildings, an elegant manse, three adjoining steading buildings and a new-build farmhouse now provide beautifully decorated, luxury accommodation for up to 28 guests.

To complement your stay contact our hospitality team to book Milton Hall, our stylish new dining and entertainment space which is perfect for gathering with friends and families for meals, or ideal for hosting wellness retreats, small weddings and celebratory events.

Milton Farm complex comprises the following five self-catering properties:

Milton House – four bedroom former manse (rectory)

The Old Farmhouse – four bedroom new-build farmhouse

Falcon Steading – three bedroom steading cottage

Merlin Steading – two bedroom single-storey steading cottage

The Bothy – one bedroom single-storey cottage

All five properties have been transformed into characterful high-quality accommodation, with en suite facilities throughout. Charming décor and contemporary styling have been carefully chosen to enhance the period architectural details – including timber carpentry, stone fireplaces, elegant architraves and ornate plasterwork. The result is a magnificent country retreat that combines modern luxury with comfort and style.

Each house or cottage has a well-appointed kitchen, fully equipped with a built-in oven, microwave, smart butler sink, and laundry facilities. All guests also have access to a private garden or patio with outdoor furniture, and every property (except The Bothy) has its own hot tub.

The award-winning estate and surrounding countryside offer ample sporting, recreational and cultural opportunities for groups or individual guests – including grouse shooting, deer stalking, and salmon fishing.

Please note: Each property – Milton House, The Old Farmhouse, Falcon Steading, Merlin Steading and The Bothy – can also be booked individually.

Equipment such as BBQs, cots, private chef, etc. are all available on request and there is electric car charger on-site. Regretfully, dogs are not allowed.

LOGIEALMOND ESTATE

Milton Farm is part of Logiealmond Estate, a privately-owned working farm and country estate in Perthshire, Scotland. Known for its beautiful scenery, the area also boasts excellent sporting and recreational opportunities all year round. These include high-quality, walked-up grouse and game shooting, first-class pheasant and partridge shooting, red, roe and fallow deer stalking, and salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Tay. Clay pigeon and rough shooting can be organised by the estate on request. Please contact the Estate Manager at philip.blount@logiealmondestate.com to make arrangements.

The town of Perth is just 12 miles away with good shopping, restaurants, sports centres and a theatre and concert hall. Road connections are excellent with nearby motorway access to the cities of Edinburgh (57 miles) and Glasgow (64 miles). Perth train station offers regular services to Inverness, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and London (including the Caledonian Sleeper service) and Perth airport offers private air travel.

Our group of 38 just finished a wonderful stay at the Estate. Vikki and her team did an amazing job from pre-trip planning and logistics, right through to the week that we were there, and even following up after the trip. We were several families that flew from the States to meet up at Logiealmond. The Estate is beautiful and sits in a very picturesque location. We were able to have our own Highland Games set up on the Estate for the group, followed by a bbq by Chef Adam. Our group of eleven had a wonderful seven-day stay at Logiealmond! The cottages are modern but have a classic older feel to them. The scenery outside the doors was breathtaking, and we were welcomed with warm hospitality from the beginning. I would recommend Logiealmond for any party, big or small. We came here with a group of 37 friends from college. Our stay exceeded our expectations. The estate is so peaceful and relaxing. Loved our 6.5 mile hike with Philip. Seeing all the grounds really added to our entire vacation experience. I especially enjoyed the Skeet shooting. Again, Philip was such a wonderful instructor for my first time shooting Skeet. Seeing the Highland cows and getting pictures of them was the highlight of my stay here. Thank you, Vikki and Philip for being such fantastic hosts.

We could not have asked for a more special place to celebrate the wedding of our son Jack with his beautiful bride Jen. TRANSPORT AND TRAVEL

Contact our friendly team ahead of your visit to arrange airport transfers, luxury car or mini-bus hire, or chauffeur-driven vehicles to personally meet you from any airport, train station or other location. We can also arrange drivers and vehicles for days out visiting local towns and cities, cultural and visitor attractions, castles, whisky distilleries or golf courses.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES

The Logiealmond team can arrange bookings for local outdoor activity providers. Try your hand at fishing on the Tay, Scotland’s longest river, with Fishponds, or if you’re looking for an adrenaline-filled experience we can arrange white water rafting, river bugging or canyoning with Splash Rafting. Other memorable experiences include stand up paddle boarding, abseiling and paintballing.

Bring your own mountain bike to explore our network of trails around the Estate. You can also mountain bike in any of Scotland’s national forests too. In nearby Perth, we can arrange visits to Deuchny Bike Park or Comrie Croft who both have an excellent network of tracks and trails in the beautiful Perthshire countryside.

Our Estate Manager Philip, is a keen hillwalker and will be happy to advise on local walks and munros to ‘bag’ during your visit.

GAME SHOOTING AND SIMULATED GAME SHOOTING AT LOGIEALMOND

Logiealmond Estate is fast becoming renowned for its high quality sporting and hospitality driven game shoot days. See our shoot calendar for available dates between September and January with a full mix of sporting birds.

Outwith the game shooting season, guests can try their hand at clay pigeon shooting and enjoy our expert-led simulated game shoots. It’s a great outdoor sport that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age and physical ability. A fantastic activity to get together with friends and family to practice your shooting skills, improve your hand-eye coordination, and sharpen your focus!

CATERING FOR YOUR VISIT

Our concierge service can also arrange a private chef to cater for all or part of your visit. Whether you are planning a romantic dinner for two, a casual family gathering or a traditional Scottish dinner, our chef will prepare mouth-watering meals made with local produce and our own Estate-reared organic beef, lamb, venison and game.

Our team would also be delighted to recommend and book local restaurants during your stay. We can also arrange chilled Champagne, chocolates, food hampers with local produce and fresh flowers for your visit.
