This former carriage building dates from the 18th century and has been tastefully restored and updated into a luxury country retreat. The original features have been cleverly incorporated with the drive-in doorways now replaced with large windows flooding the property with light, and selected exposed stone walls providing throwbacks to its former purpose.

The main room is a spacious L-shaped open-plan area with sofas and seating around the cosy log burner, a modern kitchen with an island and a farmhouse table for dining. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need.

The layout of the house separates the en-suite bedrooms to provide privacy and peace. The tartan-carpeted master bedroom suite is the only room upstairs. You’ll feel like the laird of the estate with a super king-sized bed and a roll top bath, in addition to the large walk-in shower. Downstairs there is one double bedroom with a super king-sized bed and large window overlooking the courtyard. The third bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the garden.

Outside there is ample room for off-street car parking. There is a large, lawned garden with patio furniture and bbq.

Coach House is part of Logiealmond Estate, a privately-owned working farm and country estate in Perthshire, Scotland. Known for its beautiful scenery, the area also boasts excellent sporting and recreational opportunities all year round. These include high quality driven and walked up grouse and game shooting, first class pheasant and partridge shooting, red, roe and fallow deer stalking, and salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Tay and River Almond. Clay pigeon and rough shooting can be organised by the estate on request. Please contact the Estate Manager at to make arrangements.

The town of Perth is just 12 miles away with good shopping, restaurants, sports centres and a theatre and concert hall. Road connections are excellent with nearby motorway access to the cities of Edinburgh (57 miles) and Glasgow (64 miles). Perth train station offers regular services to Inverness, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and London (including the Caledonian Sleeper service) and Perth airport offers private air travel.

Lovely house with welcoming hosts. Three great sized bedrooms all with en-suites. The living room and kitchen area is a great size and with the six people we had it still gave a lot of space. Had a great time here and will definitely be back.

Our dedicated concierge service is available to help you make the most of your vacation on the Logiealmond Estate.

Contact our friendly team ahead of your visit to arrange airport transfers, luxury car or mini-bus hire, or chauffeur-driven vehicles to personally meet  you from any airport, train station or other location. We can also arrange drivers and vehicles for days out visiting local towns and cities, cultural and visitor attractions, castles, whisky distilleries or golf courses.

The Logiealmond team can arrange bookings for local outdoor activity providers. Try your hand at fishing on the Tay, Scotland’s longest river, with Fishponds, or if you’re looking for an adrenaline-filled experience we can arrange white water rafting, river bugging or canyoning with Splash Rafting. Other memorable experiences include stand up paddle boarding, abseiling and paintballing.

In nearby Perth, we can arrange visits to Deuchny Bike Park or Comrie Croft who both have an excellent network of tracks and trails in the beautiful Perthshire countryside.

Our Estate Manager Philip, is a keen hillwalker and will be happy to advise on local walks and munros to ‘bag’ during your visit.

Logiealmond Estate is fast becoming renowned for its high quality sporting and hospitality driven game shoot days. See our shoot calendar for available dates between September and January with a full mix of sporting birds.
