COACH HOUSE

This former carriage building dates from the 18th century and has been tastefully restored and updated into a luxury country retreat. The original features have been cleverly incorporated with the drive-in doorways now replaced with large windows flooding the property with light, and selected exposed stone walls providing throwbacks to its former purpose.

The main room is a spacious L-shaped open-plan area with sofas and seating around the cosy log burner, a modern kitchen with an island and a farmhouse table for dining. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need.

The layout of the house separates the en-suite bedrooms to provide privacy and peace. The tartan-carpeted master bedroom suite is the only room upstairs. You’ll feel like the laird of the estate with a super king-sized bed and a roll top bath, in addition to the large walk-in shower.  Downstairs there is one double bedroom with a super king-sized bed and large window overlooking the courtyard. The third bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the garden.

Outside there is ample room for off-street car parking. There is a large, lawned garden with patio furniture.

Together with neighbouring properties Lodge Cottage, Stables Cottage and Kennels Cottage, Coach House forms part of the historic Courtyard, where buildings that once supported the sporting life of the estate have been transformed into exceptional holiday accommodation.

For larger gatherings, all four Courtyard cottages can be booked together, accommodating up to 19 guests, making them ideal for extended families, sporting parties or groups of friends.

LOGIEALMOND ESTATE

The town of Perth is just 12 miles away with good shopping, restaurants, sports centres and a theatre and concert hall. TESTIMONIALS

Our family stay at the Coach House was exceptional. It felt like a home away from home, right in the middle of the spectacular nature of Scotland. Logiealmond Estate has a fantastic location and is beautifully managed by a very friendly and efficient team. Thank you Maggie and Philip for all your help, and for organising activities such as clay pigeon shooting and fishing. Around those, we went for long walks and did day trips into the Scottish highlands. Highly recommended and we expect many of our friends and family to now follow our example and book their stays here too.

JULY 2026

Our second time to Logiealmond Estate, and our first time in the Coach House. We had a lovely winter wonderland experience and peace and quiet during our stay. Beautiful accommodation, plenty of room and well-equipped. The highlight was seeing the cows on the side of road, where we stopped to take some great pictures of them in the snow! A great escape from city life!! Will be back!

MAY 2026

We stayed at the Coach House in July 2024. This was such a delight and we were sad to leave. The house was immaculate and everything had been thought of before our arrival including milk, fab brownies, crisps, tea, coffee, sugar. The staff couldn't do enough for you. It is a stunning location, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Well done to the team.

JULY 2025

We had the most wonderful stay at the Coach House - an immaculate, well-furnished and luxurious house, set in the most beautiful location. We booked a couple of fishing trips, and one of us was lucky enough to catch a 12lb salmon on the River Tay!

MAY 2026

Stayed here for four nights. Cottage had three good-sized bedrooms, all en-suite. Nice large kitchen/diner, plus living area. The cottages were in a courtyard and it was very peaceful and quiet. Lots of pheasant in back garden. We were lucky with the weather the sun was out and we could sit out in the patio area.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
