Estate Manager

Philip looks after the Estate’s farming, forestry and property portfolio, and creates sporting experiences for guests.In his leisure time he enjoys climbing Munros, hiking, shooting, gundog training and kayaking.

Guest Experience & Marketing Coordinator

Maggie takes care of bookings, liaises with guests to arrange anything they need to enjoy their stay and ensure their experience is extra special. In her leisure time Maggie enjoys socialising and walking her dogs.

Stephen
STEPHEN FLETCHER

Head Keeper

Stephen looks after the shooting over our 10,800 acres and manages the Beat Keeper and apprentice.

In his leisure time he enjoys fishing, football and spending time with his lovely fiancee Caitlin. 

Ewan Singer
EWAN SINGER

Apprentice Keeper

Ewan joined us in 2025 as an apprentice and he works under the guidance of Stephen, learning all aspects of game keeping. His spare time is taken up mainly by looking after his two Labrador puppies.

HEDA STUART

Housekeeping Manager

Heda ensures all accommodation is clean, welcoming and comfortable, focusing on details such as table centrepieces. She enjoys being creative and  decorates her home to match the changing seasons. 

Aidan Goward
AIDAN GOWARD

Beat Keeper

Aidan looks after West Logiealmond Beat and has been an integral part in developing the new ground. In his spare time he enjoys watching the rugby and deer stalking.

MICHAEL DAVIDSON

Maintenance Manager

Michael looks after the Estate properties and gardens and makes sure everything is in tip-top condition for our guests. He he enjoys fishing in his leisure time.
