Converted from a traditional stone-built farm steading, this property has been wonderfully refurbished into a luxury country cottage. There’s a light, bright and fully-equipped modern country kitchen, with Aga range cooker, induction hob and dining table for six people. With French doors to the garden terrace and a wall adorned with lovely landscape paintings, this is wonderful space for casual entertaining. The living room has dramatic stone walls, antler pendant lights and comfortable leather sofas to relax into. With a wood burning stove, you can stay cosy on cold winter nights.

There are three beautifully appointed double bedrooms on the ground floor, two with super king-size beds and one with a king-size bed that can be split into two single beds. All the bedrooms have modern en-suite bathroom facilities (one has a fabulous freestanding rolltop bath). The master suite has wonderful circular walls from its former use as a mill house. An antique French four poster bed with dreamy barley twist spires and an impressive chandelier make for a memorable stay in this gorgeous room!

Flagstone floors in many parts of the property make it practical to live in and outside there is ample room for car parking. Equipment such as BBQs, garden furniture, cots, etc. are all available on request. Regretfully, dogs are not allowed in the property although we can provide kennels on the Estate for your four-legged friend.

Laverockbank Steading can be booked together with neighbouring Laverockbank Farmhouse to provide accommodation for up to 14 guests. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate stag or hen parties at Laverockbank Steading.

Laverockbank Steading is part of Logiealmond Estate, a privately-owned working farm and country estate in Perthshire, Scotland. Known for its beautiful scenery, the area also boasts excellent sporting and recreational opportunities all year round. These include high quality driven and walked up grouse and game shooting, first class pheasant and partridge shooting, red, roe and fallow deer stalking, and salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Tay and River Almond. Clay pigeon and rough shooting can be organised by the estate on request.
