As we bring this year’s season to a close at Logiealmond Estate, we’re taking a moment to look back on what has been a truly successful and memorable few months here in the heart of Perthshire, Scotland. From crisp mornings to clear blue skies, the season delivered exceptional conditions for driven shooting in Scotland, with some days reaching impressive 350-bird bags. Even the snow played its part, transforming our Perthshire hills into a beautiful winter postcard.
We have welcomed guests from near and far, from returning guests who have become part of the Logiealmond family, to those experiencing the estate for the first time. We were also delighted to host a visit from filmmaker Guy Ritchie, reflecting Logiealmond’s growing reputation as one of the best shooting estates in Scotland. The atmosphere throughout the season has been relaxed, friendly, and full of good humour.
A highlight, as always, has been our elevenses in the field. There’s something special about gathering around an open fire with sloe gin, champagne, and food prepared by our private chefs. This is a simple moment that everyone looks forward to before heading back out.
What really made the season exceptional, was the people. Our guest’s enthusiasm and excitement made each day unique and truly special. Thank you to everyone who joined us.

Behind the scenes, our gamekeeping team, Stephen, Aidan, and Ewan, put in long days, hard work, and real dedication. Their commitment to the land, the wildlife, and the guest experience delivered consistently incredibly drives. They are fundamental to the season running smoothly and have played a key role in establishing Logiealmond Estate as one of the best luxury driven shooting estates in Scotland.
Overall, it’s been a season filled with great company, excellent sport, and plenty of moments that remind us why people love coming to Logiealmond. We’re already looking ahead to next year, with plans to expand and offer even more exclusive shooting days in Scotland. For now, it’s time to let the hills rest and look forward to the estate warming up again.
